Low quality headset - to be expected at this price point. Nobody hears you on the microphone.

I work from home in a call center. I received this product 3 weeks ago, customers don't hear me. The quality of the microphone is very bad. My coach didn't even hear me. I am so upset with this purchase please save your money and buy a better headset. They only refund you if you return all the goods. What should I do if I need to return all the goods? The included headset was of very poor quality. I don't know if it broke or what, but nobody hears me. I also listened to the recorded calls. I can confirm that my voice is very weak.
