Just slightly OK for VOIP

Frustrated that the caller ID is only numeric. Does not show Alpha CID. Also, the device has no backup battery, so the clock and call history will be lost if the device is disconnected from the phone line. This is a problem with Spectrum VOIP as the line will momentarily drop after each incoming call. The 3.5mm pickup jack is a good idea, but the audio quality from the headset mic is terrible. It looks like I'm talking through a pillow. It's strange because the other party is recorded clearly…

Wimpy Headset in Headsets

Initially I was very happy with this phone. It was easy to set up and I could hear and be heard very well. Unfortunately, I never managed to keep the headset on my head. The metal band is VERY thin and the earcups don't rotate enough to fit my ears snugly. I've tried everything I can think of to find a position where the headset doesn't fall off when you move your head, but to no avail. I even considered buying another headset, but the RJ9 connector limits the number of headsets I can choose…

Low quality headset - to be expected at this price point. Nobody hears you on the microphone.

I work from home in a call center. I received this product 3 weeks ago, customers don't hear me. The quality of the microphone is very bad. My coach didn't even hear me. Fantastic for the price!

I work at home. I get calls all day. This product is perfect. I think it's good that the headset has 2 ear pads. The padding material is great and lets your ears breathe. The headset is lightweight, doesn't hurt or itch your head after a long day. However, since it's light, I can see it breaking if I accidentally sit on it or something, so I'll be careful when you place it. Comfortable dual-speaker headset

Many of the headsets I found only had one speaker (1 earmold), but this still allows outside noise to compete with the voice on the phone. I've found that the two speakers (both earbuds) block out outside noise, allowing me to hear the conversation better. I had no complaints about the audio quality on the other end, so I assume it works fine.
