Initially I was very happy with this phone. It was easy to set up and I could hear and be heard very well. Unfortunately, I never managed to keep the headset on my head. The metal band is VERY thin and the earcups don't rotate enough to fit my ears snugly. I've tried everything I can think of to find a position where the headset doesn't fall off when you move your head, but to no avail. I even considered buying another headset, but the RJ9 connector limits the number of headsets I can choose from. It would be a very good phone if someone improved the quality of the headset.
