This cable would be amazing if it only extended the tip of the zipper by about 1/2 to 1/2 inch so the 90 degree end could work with protective cases like my Otterbox Defender series. The cable itself is also too stiff and I don't think it can take very many bends because of that - reminds me of standard Apple iPhone USB to Lightning charging cables because they almost always break in the same place. Use the new Powerline III - I've been VERY happy with the two I just bought. Don't buy a 90 degree cable if you have a protective case. Return for a full refund
