This iron is the worst. After moving I used my small travel iron for crafts (with HTV etc) and it wasn't bad but it was really small so when I bought a new iron I tried to get an iron with good reviews and a big soleplate , So I can just click on the htv. This iron has the most uneven heat of any iron I have ever used. There is a 2-3 inch circle in the center that gets absurdly hot while the rest of the iron is just warm (by iron standards). I burned a lot of HTVs and ruined a few shirts before realizing that was the problem. even applies to normal ironing - I tried ironing a skirt and can't even iron in ruffles because the front of the iron doesn't heat up enough. For now I just throw it in the trash.
