At first I thought the quality was excellent. Only after the cut did it become clear that the sheet metal had a kink. If you press one edge firmly on a flat surface, the other edge will rise 2-3 mm. This isn't the accuracy you want or would really expect after spending $40 on building supplies. I contacted Hobby-Wing to give them an initial attempt to resolve my issue including providing end profile photos to show the crease and they were receptive at first. ' Part of about half of it, obviously I wasn't expecting much. They offered a partial refund. I thought it was fair, but I never heard from them again. However, I was told that "the bend shouldn't affect my ability to cut it, and their engineers are checking everything before they go." So maybe they're missing the point entirely. Anyway, I tried to contact them but haven't heard from them for weeks, I haven't seen a partial refund. So buy at your own risk. Or shop elsewhere unless you want half a useful sheet for the price of a whole sheet and a seller too busy to bother with customer service after the first email. I'll find the photos I have and post them when I can.
