Made in China. The picture is misleading
One of the reasons I bought this item is that the picture shows it was made in Germany based on the label on the picture but my label says Cologne - Fashion - 100%. Cashmere - handmade - dry clean only And then on the outside of the plastic bag is a sticker with a barcode that says 'Made in China'. Hence the 4 stars.
