I work a lot on my cars and although I'm usually careful, sometimes I get clumsy and drop the tool, or my long hose clamp flies under a large hose and gets caught in my fender, or on a cold day my power tool (heat gun) cord rubs against the fender and causes scuffs that I need to polish. My wife got me this fender cover a while back as part of a birthday present and uses it all the time. It has these nice big plastic hooks that fit pretty much anywhere on my car. It's soft on the paint side, which gives me extra confidence (or less anxiety) when working on the car. I love that it's 3 different pieces because I usually only use the wing cap on one side at a time. This is a great purchase.
