It was pretty easy. I had a small problem with the electric stapler which made it take longer. I found that the Gorilla Glue Spray I used could be firmer and stretch more to stick better. But when I work alone I think I'm fine lol. It took a little while to remove all the factory clips. Overall, this was a great replacement for my 2011 Honda Pilot. The one he was wearing when I got it a few weeks ago didn't match the color and looked like it had been used once with leather repair paste. This is an improvement for both day and night.
