Fantastic product! I love that it has contact points so all you have to do is insert the controller correctly into the charging dock and it will start charging. I have a model for my Xbox Series X and PS4 that requires you to insert a stylus into the controller slot and it can hurt to line it up at night, but it completely eliminates the hassle. I am very satisfied with the product and the only thing I would recommend is a way to manually change the color of the light according to each person's taste, but this is just an idea and not a defect of the product.
