Note in the image that the tube is held in place by the model's lever. I'm only pointing this out because the depiction might make you think he could raise his hand and it would stay connected, but that's not the case. It's a thin tube with a vibrating mechanism in the middle of the tube. You could do it yourself at home for less money. Buyer Warning. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
