Works great on hard floors but is difficult to slide on carpet. You kind of have to sit down and bend your back and you'll be fine, but you'll probably get nauseous afterwards. The tools provided are not as advertised, they are miniature versions. The slotted tool is about 4 inches long. The ads and several reviews talk about built-in tool storage, but I can't find a place to store tools. I contacted B and D customer service and it's another horrible experience. I called the number listed in the manual, was on hold for 10 minutes, then my call just dropped. I sent a message to an email address I found somewhere. It took a few days to reply and they just told me I was in the wrong department. My Answer: It's terrible customer service. A few days later I received an email saying my email had been forwarded to the correct department. A few days later another email from the correct company and department just to let me know they received my question. I've had this vacuum for about 3 weeks now and I still don't know where to keep this tool kit.
