The reason I received this product is because I wear masks. But the problem is that I wear glasses and my glasses always fog up. So I saw a YouTube video recommending first aid paper like this one and gave it a try. To be honest it works and my mask sticks to my face, I just put a small strip on my nose to keep my hot breath out. It works but even when I ride a bike but for some reason it's very strong when I try to take it off and hurts my skin a little bit. So I recommend this product when using masks but only apply a small amount as it is very strong and may hurt a little when you take it off.
