I recently purchased these protective covers for my new pillows. I washed them before using them to cover pillows. Everything went well with that. They match my queen size pillows perfectly. The reason for the 4 star rating is due to the difficulty I had when trying to register the 3 year warranty. The label on the cover directed me to hello@faunnahome.com. However, there was no website that would recognize this address. Eventually I returned to Revain and contacted the seller for advice. The seller emailed me that my warranty was registered. Due to poor warranty contact info I'm hoping I don't have to make a claim as I'm still not sure who to contact - the seller, Revain, who?
