I've seen a lot of ads for blue filter glasses but they also offer prescription lenses so I decided to give them a try. They are great for working on a computer with a monitor 2 to 4 feet away. I was hoping to use them at 8-10ft with a large monitor, but even the 1.0 correction is too strong for that (to my eyes). They block cooler wavelengths, which should help with sleep cycles if you use screens before bed. I could really tell the difference by looking at the 5000K LED bulbs. They do the same with different colors on the monitor but less noticeable. The glasses are comfortable and durable. The lens size is sufficient.
