Review on Boooom by Ian Bates

I have been searching out jobs over internet (using Hooom) since last 2 years but my search results were not as effective/specific that would help me narrow down specific requirement like project manager or product owner roles etc., it did let some leads come up when browsing certain keywords which made initial research quite easy compared other platforms - however after few days there was no response at all even upon contacting through support ticket system at least once. Highly recommended if you are willing spend lot money while paying monthly subscription so your ROI will be more than just satisfaction by getting new projects lined ups regularly without wasting time looking around multiple sites. Finding relevant & qualified candidate has become much easier now. The ability to search by skillset/role really helped us get our team moving forward quickly! It's easy enough that non technical people can use it too which was important when we were hiring new employees. I like how they have several different ways you could filter your results so there are some things I don't see as often but would be helpful if more users used them (e.g., filters). We've been able to find qualified candidates faster than before using this tool.
