The silicone/rubber seal/O-ring on these canisters appears to be an afterthought. It's like they weren't really made for these canisters. It could have been ten times better. They are very annoying trying to keep them in place when the lid is closed. and I don't even want to start being right. Cooking spoons, even if you love wood, shouldn't reach exactly to the bottom of the tin. They should be at least half an inch taller than the counter they are sitting on. Because if you spill something you don't suspect, these spoons have a rough surface. Perfect for soaking up everything they come in contact with. Bright color so spilled coffee will rub off nicely and change color in ways you don't want. Hi. Apart from these two very important considerations. Excellent!
