The original had to be returned but the replacement was perfect.
I ordered Mickey with a bunch of other Disney plushies and all but Mickey were wrapped in a plastic bag to protect them. Mickey was loose in the box, and there were several ink blots on his face, arms, and legs. I was able to return the item through Revain and it was quickly replaced. The new Mickey wasn't in the bag, but it was perfect. The toy was a gift and was very well received.
