DON'T BUY RAMBLEWOOD CONFERENCES. The stove does not work well, the description on Revain is inaccurate and it took over a week for customer service to be reached. Full story below! Our experience was terrible. I ordered this cooktop in July while my husband and I were renovating our RV. We had some delays, so it wasn't until a few months later that we were able to install a dual burner propane cooktop. Immediately we realized this was wrong, the flames shot up and orange. Soot was left on the bottom of our pans. This was because despite Revain's description of it being a propane/natural gas stove, what was meant was that it was natural gas only. We contacted customer service for several days due to the time difference. We finally got back to email and they sent us the right sizing tips. But we couldn't remove the original carburettors because they were too narrow. After working on it for a week and buying a special tool, my husband took it off. But even with the right nozzle, this stove is terrible. Basically, it only has medium to high heat, so everything burns through quickly. I emailed the company asking if there is any way we can exchange or refund after all these issues but they ignored me. I would suggest doing business with virtually anyone else. Bought electric stove for a quarter of the price, works great.
