Review on Little Giraffe Luxe Stroller Blanket by Michelle Seitz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Still a favorite after seven years!

Our seven year old daughter started using the pale pink Little Giraffe Luxe comforter when she was a newborn. She still sleeps with him every night. This is your "comfort object". I ended up buying another one while the other was in the wash. This is my favorite style of little giraffe blanket. This is the softest and silkiest thing about a little giraffe. I think it holds up better than the chenille version through washing and drying. When you tumble dry the chenille version, it is no longer very soft and quite uneven. We wash my daughter's luxury duvets in a front-loading washing machine on the hand wash or gentle cycle. Then hang to dry. This brought it much closer to its original luxurious softness. We accidentally dried the first one we bought. It's still soft, but my daughter prefers what hasn't been tumble dried. It's just a little softer. I know it might seem extravagant to spend that kind of money on a blanket. But this is no ordinary blanket. It is much, much softer and more cushiony than a mink blanket. There is nothing comparable on the market. We just bought another one in cream for my newborn daughter. I like to push them in. He survived Disneyland and a trip to Europe. It helped her keep warm on the plane. She uses it to sleep all year round. We have always used it in the stroller. Except on very hot summer days. But she still wanted him in the car with her, no matter how hot it was. If you're looking for the perfect gift for a child, look no further. Parents and children will find it difficult to detach.
