Review on 📑 Zutter 7633 Cling and Stamp Sheet/Divider, 3-Pack: Organize and Customize Your Craft projects! by Kelsey Brown

Great concept BUT there is no Zutter quality control. I have a growing collection of metal stamps so when they were on sale before Christmas I bought a lot but didn't check if they worked. When I did this I found that 4 packs arrived with no magnetic component, meaning no metal stamps in them. I admit that I also have a lot of stamps, but there aren't many. The few packs that came with the magnetic component work as they should and the magnet is strong enough to hold the stamps in place. The replacement arrived a few days ago and they have the same problem, no magnets. The storage bins are fine, but the locking handles are loose so you have to grab them with both hands, or the handle you're not holding tends to unlatch and you can grab the contents. And even worse, for some reason I can't explain it, when I found 4 packages with defective goods, the rest didn't even think to check it, I missed the return deadline by 2 days for the 5 packages I have , but I thought I would like everyone reading this review to know that it wasn't just 8 packs, 4 in the original order plus 4 sent as spares, now I have up to 13 useless packs. When I was in store and messed up something for a customer, the first thing I did was accept responsibility for the mistake, let the customer know what was or was being done to fix the problem, and most importantly, apologized. Hey Zutter & Revain you have to do the same but I won't wait with bated breath I think I'll try to find a save system from someone who has a quality control system.
