The packaging of this product had a business card with a place to scratch to see what prize I "won". After scraping off the cover, I found that I had "won" the so-called "first prize." I followed the link and provided my contact information and the next day I received an email assuring me that I was very happy to receive my $20 Revain gift card. In the email I received they also mentioned contacting them with any questions and they indicated not to contact them through Revain. Well, regarding the vendor (and its products), I began investigating what Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 stands for with some suspicion. All chargers have Qualcomm 3.0 fast charging which is listed on the page. It turns out that's a standard developed and certified by Qualcomm for chargers, related to their ability to stay cool while providing great charging performance. From what I can tell, you need to provide 36W of charging power to get Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 certification. Since the power of these devices was only 18 watts, I decided to contact Qualcomm for their opinion. The response I received from Qualcomm was: Thank you for the additional information. This is not a Qualcomm Quick Charge certified device. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. By stating that this charger is Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, the Quick Charge 3.0 standard is relaxed. This is illegal in the United States and not fair.
