Item ships quickly if USPS plays well and has padding to ensure it arrives dent free. The sizes are very correct for both 4.5 and 5 inches (I have both). PREPARATION - Although this is a loose ring it will fit just as well as a D-ring or Eggbutt after consulting similar attachments with Wings or Pinchless mechanisms as well as the tackle shop and the way my horses walk -Fit. Why didn't I give 5 stars - I ordered all three bits (yes, I really like them!) There were defects on the mouthpiece. Two have tiny marks where the cooling metal failed to penetrate, leaving a pinhead. The position doesn't matter for the function and there are no sharp edges, it's just a visual defect. The third piece has a slight change [bulge on an edge] in the holes to allow the diamond to maneuver - again this doesn't affect functionality in any way and after multiple movement tests it doesn't appear to be asymmetrical in terms of actuation. Oh and my young horse loves this piece!
