Particularly unimpressive was their patio and yard ornamentation. My new patio furniture and decor were fragile and inexpensive, and they did not improve the value of my property. I also didn't think their patio furniture was very sturdy. Some of the components already showed symptoms of wear and tear after only a few uses. Although BEBEKULA advertises itself as a one-stop-shop for all your outdoor needs, I was disappointed to find that they did not provide nearly as many options as I had hoped. In addition, as compared to competing online retailers, their pricing were significantly more than the market average. The poor quality of service I received was another major letdown. It took them a few days to respond to my inquiry concerning one of their goods after I contacted them. When I did hear back from them, it was unhelpful and ignored my issues. In general, BEBEKULA has been a letdown for me. If you're searching for high-quality outdoor gear, I wouldn't go with them.
