Tech Support Help

So I had nothing but problems with my product. Installation was simple and easy but now my headlights are my dimmers and my dimmers are my headlights and they turn off when I'm driving leaving me in the dark while driving. Not very cool. Also, my headlights flicker when I open the door, which hasn't happened with other headlights I've had before. I would like someone from tech support to get in touch to help me with any issues or maybe I need to try other lights as I'm clearly having some issues.
