Simply put, this product is superb! I've used it to repair sun damage and it completely fixed the problem to the point where it's not noticeable at all. I had a streak (ultraviolet damage) through an expensive leather upholstery and had little hope that it could be repaired, much to my surprise it wasn't. The balm completely eliminated the problem and returned the pillow a seamless color that matches the color. There are several "negative" reviews on this product that almost made me buy it. After working with him I wanted to write some notes to help other buyers. 1) The balm is for leather, not vinyl or synthetic. You can easily test this with water before applying (absorption). I feel like anyone with issues or without a 5 star result isn't using it for the material it's intended for. 2) The color match out of the box was spot on for me (I got lucky) but if you have between colors you can mix colors for perfect results. 3) $30 (and I was skeptical at first) seems pretty expensive, but it's worth it! The repair is literally flawless. If you are reading this review and have damaged skin, rest assured and just buy this product!
