Bed pillows and positioning aids

The neck pillow I received had no tag and had a strong chemical smell. The memory foam is too soft. So when I lay my head to one side the foam fully compresses and it feels like I'm not using a pillow at all. Killed the purpose of having a neck pillow so I returned it.
