Review on Keyless2Go Replacement LaCrosse 15252034 KOBGT04A by Daniel Ton

Bought a used 2009 Cobalt 1LT coupe, came without a key fob. Do I have a remote start option? Keyless entry? Both?! I was at least thinking of keyless entry because the passenger door doesn't have a keyhole on the outside door handle. Doh! You can find out whether you own a Cobalt or not by deciphering your vehicle's parts identification sticker (see photo). You will find this little gem in your trunk or glove compartment and gives you all the information about the standard and special equipment of your car ex works. I was looking for the codes I have and wallah! Keyless entry only, no remote start. Hooray! This means these remotes (GM-15252034) will work with my Cobalt and not the other keyless start/remote start combo (GM-22733524) with the circle in the top center. Local dealer, give him your VIN and he will let you know. However, I want to know what is and isn't in all my cars, it's just the first time I'm finding out about it. Well, to get those bad guys to program a locksmith or dealer with a heart! LAUGH OUT LOUD
