Review on ๐Ÿ”ˆ Sony RDPXF100IP Black Portable Speaker Dock for iPhone/iPod with 30-Pin Connector (Discontinued by Manufacturer) by Ismael Hennigan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good sound, bad quality. See 12th July update below - now 5 stars

I have had this radio for less than a year. I don't use the docking station - only the radio. Yes, it has great sound (that's two stars) and I really liked it, but for the past few months it's been obsessed, switching from "radio" to "audio-in". He will also rotate stations, apparently based on personal preference. It does not select stations that I have programmed. Today I decided to let him do his thing. It turns off for 5-10 minutes and then the station I was listening turns on again. My daughter bought it before me and she has similar problems, but she doesn't hear it as often as I do, problems don't happen that often. As this is a Sony product (obviously their standards have come down a lot) I expect it to last much longer than a year. I'd like to add that I'm not sure I bought this from Revain, but still I don't think the seller is the problem. UPDATE - Upgrade to 5 stars. About a week after I wrote the above review, after changing the location of the device and pressing buttons on the device and remote for several weeks, Sony started doing what it was created to do. It stands in its original place, switches between the preset stations with the buttons on the top of the device or with the remote control. Find out. I don't understand anything, but I'm very happy.
