Light bulbs fit in the two lower light sockets of the Frigidaire FMV152KSA microwave oven with built in fans. The microwave only has an on/off switch for the surface lighting so these 6w non-dimmable bulbs will do the trick. The main difficulty was removing the old lightbulbs that were hot glued. New bulbs fit no problem, they shine very nice and bright. I've bought daylight bulbs that say they are 6000K. The color tester I use is close to 6K (5500K to 5980K). Most Chinese-made lightbulbs require more than they can supply, including this one. They're bright, again not 480 lumens, but bright enough not to come back (I get about 400 lumens per bulb). The parts store wanted $20 for one of the old lights. I spent about $12.50 and got 3 LED bulbs. I'd say get them if you're looking.
