If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm on my first trip this season and I couldn't get the water to flow. First I tried to remove the pressure regulator. It did not work. Then I thought it might be campsite pressure. nope My second hose worked fine. I took the new filter out of the box and noticed a build up of charcoal where the water enters the filter. Yes, I installed it correctly. After I removed I had water stains AND charcoal running through my RV's water lines. Luckily I have a Britta mug so I'll use that and throw in the second one that was in the 2 pack I bought. It was very disappointing.
