Review on iBUYPOWER Element Mini 167A: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, GeForce GT 730, 8GB RAM, 240GB SSD, Windows 10 Gaming PC by Ryan Lawrence

I bought it for my son. He wanted to get into computer games for about a year. We looked around and read the reviews. This one was recommended in a few articles and after reading reviews. we ordered it. He was so excited when we told him. He came earlier than expected. So my husband opened it up and installed it. The computer said it needed to be updated. From there it just crashed. and fell and fell. Endless cycle of crash and reboot. We went through every conceivable option. Absolutely nothing works. Technical support = nothing Not restored, no updates removed, nothing started. Just a black screen, blinking icon and reboot. In my experience with a PC, this has never happened. So half a day later. and a very sad 11 year old. He comes back!
