Benefits: Sprouted grain so no carbs. Zero total sugar. No taste. Good source of protein. 80% protein. Without dairy products. .Notes: I use this every day for my morning smoothie. lol a morning without my smoothie is like a day without the sun! Below is my smoothie recipe. THESE INGREDIENTS ARE ALL AVAILABLE ON AMAZON. Sharon's Superpowers Smoothie makes 1 serving - ½ pre-workout and ½ post-workout. Approximately 29.5 grams of protein. 12 ounces water 3 tbsp. , unflavored¼ c rolled oats or rolled oats 1 tbsp. Flaxseeds, whole or ground 1 tbsp chia seeds 1-¼ tsp turmeric, ground 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder 1/8 tsp ground ginger or ¼ tsp cabbage 2 ripe bananas, sliced (really ripe frozen bananas work best because they're sweeter frozen ) 2-4 tbsp. Here's what works for me: 1) Add the first group of ingredients to the blender bowl. I use Ice Crush to shred cabbage; Disc; puree 30 seconds; Liquify for 15 seconds. 2) Add bananas one at a time if frozen. Use ice crush, chop, puree.3) Add beets and berries. ice cubes; Disc; puree 30 seconds; Liquefaction 15 seconds *********** For a large dry ingredient supply (45 day supply), mix the following ingredients thoroughly in a VERY large bowl and store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. Use 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons smoothie mix: 2 lb can NOW sprouted brown rice protein powder 12 oz can NOW12 pea protein powder c rolled oats or rolled oats 3 c flaxseeds, whole or ground 3 c chia seeds 1-¼ c turmeric, ground 3 c raw cocoa powder 6 tsp ground ginger 16 tbsp. nettle leaves (optional)
