I was hoping it would soften hard calluses on my heels. This product contains plastic boots that are already filled with grout. You put them on, massage them a little, seal them with tape and wear them for an hour. As soon as I opened the package, I could smell the strong odor of the solution. It didn't come off so I had to deal with it all the time while wearing the booties. The solution in booties feels slimy, not comfortable at all. Although I didn't move much, the tape didn't hold the booties closed for long and soon came loose. When the process was complete, the skin, which was already soft and healthy, softened a bit, but the hard callus was not affected at all - and that was the area I was massaging. I would not recommend this product due to the bad smell and feel, although it appears to improve already soft skin.
