5 STAR COMPANY - they replaced my damaged unit for free and it works great first time. Recommend these small personal bed/desk gadgets to everyone! My second order appears to be a used return and not a new item. This is my second order, I love the first one but I think it was a used return. The filter looks dirty, everything in the box has been disassembled, the on/off button (grey) is missing, the 2 gray stripes at the top are bent indicating deformation of the plastic, and the inside of the fan/power supply area seems a tan burnt knot. It works and I use, just not as happy with my reorder as I was with my original order.
