I work from home and use the headset with my mobile phone all the time. I had a high end Plantronics but I put it in my bag and washed it so I was looking for a temporarily good replacement. After using this headset for a few weeks, this is my new permanent headset! - It fits comfortably in my ear and I don't have a problem with it slipping like I did with Plantronics because it's a snug fit. - I did not understand it. I don't have all the features yet because I'm lazy, but the only thing I lack is the ability to know the battery life. I was on the phone the other day saying a silent prayer that continued throughout my call as he penalizes me for low battery. - I like this case! Although it's longer than my Plantronics bag, it's much thinner and fits better in the pockets of my purse and laptop bag. I like the on/off toggle switch. I can't tell you how many times I've thought I'd removed another headset and found my 4 year old nephew talking on google just by picking it up and flipping it over. I like that it fits in every ear. While my Plantronics did as well, it lagged where this headset isn't. I will never spend $100 on a Bluetooth headset again when there are Conambo headsets. They give Plantronics experience on a Wal-Mart budget.
