Happy and Safe Puppy

We have a fence that our 10 month old Pomeranian can easily climb through. We wanted him to be safe walking outside in the summer so we bought him this and he loves it! He runs with the ball and we know he runs around our property and doesn't sneak outside. However, be careful when playing ball, don't get too close to the rope, it's a rubbery material. So when your pup runs fast and rubs your knuckles, it burns and cuts. I've had this twice before, so I know better now!
