Update: It's been about a month since I first started the brace. I have less pain in my tennis elbow. The velcro shows signs of wear and it is not known how long it will last. Otherwise I like the design of the bracelet. Although it's big for my hand, it gets the job done. So far, the compression pad has retained its shape and strength. The orthosis is not universal. The compression pad itself covers half of my arm. It seems well done. I like that the clasp is metal and not plastic. As for the durability of the Velcro remains to be seen. I will update the review to let you know.
