I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the pain! This is my second box and the strips only show their brightening effect after the 3rd or 4th strip. They whiten teeth VERY well. I first used them a few years ago and learned the hard way that I absolutely cannot use them every day or the pain will build up on its own and become unbearable. The best strategy for me is to use the strips once a week and give my teeth a rest between treatments. It takes longer, but by the 5th or 6th week I still have really white teeth. I'll still have a full day of extreme sensitivity once a week, but that's more manageable.
