Me and the ferrets love this litter it is perfect for their needs. However, let me warn you about a few things. First, it's not dust like the brand promises, and I see that when I open the bag and empty the trash into a separate storage bin. If you have a ferret with a particularly sensitive respiratory system, this litter is not for your coat. Also, I've had 2 males for about a year and this did an excellent job of getting rid of the ammonia smell while I was changing the tray every 3-5 days, but recently my friend and I bought a third male and we definitely noticed the ammonia smell. increased odor after 2 days. My advice to other furry owners is to have 2 separate litters (MINIMUM) if you have more than 2 ferrets in a cage. Other than that, this filler works perfectly, and if you're a new owner take it from me, don't complain about the smell if you're not sure you can handle it.
