I ordered the 8 step version and only got 4. They look just how I wanted them except I was hoping they would fall apart which is why I wanted 2 of the 4 tier sizes. I will wait a few days before sending it back to see if the issue is resolved. Update - The manufacturer contacted me about a day after posting my initial review. They said some orders were filled with the wrong item. After a very quick and easy message, the correct items have been sent. So 5 stars for customer service and problem solving to get me the right product. The product is what I expected, portable and lightweight but still in the spirit of a ladder for manoeuvrability. I have used the product a few times and I really like it. I like that I can call up some sections for an extra challenge. The eighth step is a bit longer for some rooms but there is no problem stacking the last sections on top of the next ones except when I get tired and kick them but this will teach me to keep my legs straight. There are a few issues with the product. There really isn't a recommended usage program, ideas on how to use it, or what to do with it that other exercise machines have. There are many suggestions on You-tube and elsewhere but it would be nice to include something in the product, I had to come up with it while using the internet. The second question concerns internal use. I was hoping it would be split into sections, I really wanted a 3x3 grid but that's what it is and the best I can get is to fold the ends over.
