There are quite a lot of manicure tools in my manicure arsenal, but none of them. I thought maybe it wouldn't hurt to try. And it's not. Can't say this is my absolute favorite as most of my gel polishes come off easily with a good twist of the wrap around each finger in the infamous cotton/acetone/foil method. But I will say that for a stubborn nail you need to re-wrap and then apply some extra base coat, which nail artists often don't do.
