It is made of thick nylon and is durable. Attaching the built-in element by sliding the end into the metal buckle is easy, and pressing the front of the buckle provides quick release. Don't go crazy with this design because if you press on something it might loosen the strap. But the main reason I don't like this belt is the large medal loop that allows you to adjust the length of the belt. It's not so easy to slip through the trouser loop. And adjustments are not easy to make. If there was a better design that would allow you to adjust the length without that big metal loop I would give it a higher rating. But for now I'm giving 2 stars.
