this one is almost perfect. I've tried a few types, some have a plastic bladder that fits in and flattens to fill, some have a really thick pad and the band is too wide which reduces efficiency. Some of them are too thin, which is why it is enough to tighten them without cutting off blood circulation. This one is spot on. It's the perfect width, has thick enough foam padding, double adjustable velcro straps, easy to put on. I often get tennis elbow and it takes forever when I do so I need an elbow pad to be one with. Like this one. I'm glad I have two. Also great price.
