I had the printer for a short time and the automatic level sensor stopped working. The hot end slammed into the bed and squealed. Autolevel didn't work. Called Creality Tech Support. They said that since purchasing the device from Amazon, the retailer is responsible for tech support. Have contacted the dealer. They said I'm sorry we only sell the printer and I need tech support from Creality. Called Creality again and was told I'm sorry I can't help you. I spoke to Amazon, they advised me to just return it, which I did.
