The product does the job and allows you to print and write anywhere. I would recommend this product to anyone who works as a medical scribe or needs to type and write on the go. One complaint I have is that the palm rests have sharp corners. I only realized this when my laptop slipped off the XTOP and I caught the laptop on sharp corners at the cost of stabbing my hands while trying to steady the XTOP and laptop. Otherwise build quality is decent and the XTOP isn't too uncomfortable. When wearing this device, be sure to place the strap across or near your stomach and not on your lower back. Update: The plastic screw that attaches the laptop to the Xtop broke and slightly damaged the work laptop. Very disappointed with the build quality as the Xtop works very well overall.
