I like that it allows me to see what my competitors are doing very easily as well! It's not perfect but we get by just fine without most features which makes this tool super affordable compared other solutions out there (like HubSpot). If you have limited resources/budget then go ahead & try before buying because some things aren't necessary at all depending upon your needs / budget - so make sure they're critical vs cost effective first if needed!! We use social standards primarily from an analytics perspective rather than marketing specifically though can do both equally effectively using SSM platform along w our CRMs etc..
