This item fits perfectly on the stock 17" spare wheel that came with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I used a little double sided tape on the tire holder to keep it in place when changing tires. For the wiring, I used two "vampire" spade terminals to connect the brake light in the odd third jeep para scope brake light housing. It would be nice if it came with them, but they're cheap and easy to find. This light rode 26 miles on a VERY VERY bumpy road, was exposed to the desert heat (127°F (no, no kidding)) — and continued to work in heavy rain that lasted two days. People who followed me to and from West Texas said they could see me from afar because the light was so clear. He does NOT do disco tricks but I'm very impressed with him. The only job he does, he does very well.
