Approx I bought this for my Jeep Wrangler TJ (2004) and it WORKS. BUT major modification is required, NOT for an unskilled craftsman. I had to use a dremmel and cut off the outer ring of the lamp housing and even after that it barely fits the 15 inch wheel I have. I had a previous version from another manufacturer that wasn't as bright and didn't have 2 "rows" of LEDs. This thing is bright and has a smoked look. If you slow down, everyone knows what's good. This thing comes with no instructions so for those of you like me who don't understand how to wire, here's what I did. Search the internet for brake light cover removal. I wrapped the wires with black friction tape (to hide the red paint) and fed them into the tire holder up to the cap. Spent hours trying to get RGB to work with all the different combinations but to no avail. The directions don't even match the colors of the wires. Directions are TERRIBLE. This item fits perfectly on the stock 17" spare wheel that came with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I used a little double sided tape on the tire holder to keep it in place when changing tires. Bought for my son's 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ with 15" rims. We knew we might have to make a small modification to accommodate the grommets on the TJ. It fits 15" rims with no adjustments. We had to do some other work on the holes to match the bolt pattern. We used a drill and utility knife to bevel all three holes a bit - the utility knife actually did better works.
