Updated Review - Customer service contacted me directly by phone and was very helpful. I introduced the issues they had listened to and said they are working to improve on this point. They offered to replace the product for free and did everything they could to help me. I will be ordering more from them for this reason knowing they will endorse their product. Despite the issues I had, they were absolutely understanding and I genuinely believe they care about their products and their customers. Not brilliant at all, people behind me think it's broken. It's only good at night when it's pitch black outside.
